Shipping & Returns Policy
Find out everything you need to know in regards to BRIE Corporate’s Shipping and Returns.
All uniform orders are sent Australia Post or TNT Australia and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm on business days, and require a signature.
Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide us with a street address for delivery.
Domestic orders are shipped via TNT Express and shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the order value & destination. See table below for domestic shipping costs.
- Most stock service orders will be processedwithin 10-15 business days.
- Please allow 3-5 working days for shipmentto reach you in metropolitan areas (excluding WA and NT which may take 7-10 days).
- Bulk orders that require branding will take longer. Please note, shipments to regional areas in all states will also take longer to be delivered.
- You will receive a tracking number via emailwhen your order is shipped from BRIE Corporate, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination
In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a delivery, a note will be left by the delivery driver with instructions for how to book a redelivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time for redelivery within the conditions set on the note.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: PICKUP LOCATION
If you would like to personally pickup your order and you have been informed by one of our staff that your order is ready for collection, this can be collected from our office:

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday
Please note, your order will need to be collected within the next 5 business days. We will hold your order in our warehouse for 10 business days – if your order is not collected within this time the goods will be returned to stock and a credit for the total order amount will be sent back to you. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for stock availability if you need to replace a new order with us.
Orders under $500 will receive a small order surcharge of $16.50. Unless paid for up front at checkout while ordering online.
Freight charges are as follows.
- Albury Wodonga Freight Free
- Henty/Beechworth/Wagga and Surrounds $11.50
- Metro – Sydney Melbourne – $16.50
- Brisbane $22.50
- Darwin/Perth/Townsville $25.50
BRIE Corporate Shipping Policy V1 1st July 2019
We hope you love your BRIE Corporate uniforms, but if something isn’t right you have 21 days to return your products from the date your order arrived to receive a full refund.
All BRIE Corporate returns require a Return Authority ID number (RA number). Your return will not be processed without a valid RA number.
To obtain an RA number, please either phone our office on 02 6066 0151 or email please include business/individual name, items & quantity to be returned and reason for return.
Please note, once you receive the RA number it will expire in 10 days therefore the goods must be returned to BRIE Corporate within this time.
For all BRIE Corporate products, we will give you a full refund on your items by the same payment method as your original purchase was made.
We always process returns as quickly as possible – please allow 5 days for this. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your card issuer.
We will happily return items, provided they meet our terms and conditions as outlined below. We request that returned items are packaged neatly, as excessively crushed products may incur a re-packaging fee.
Please note, we do not accept returns on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen-printing, and no change-of-mind returns are accepted on sale or run-out items – except as required by law, all purchases are final.
Terms And Conditions Of Return
- Good(s) must be returned within 21 days of receipt
- Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed
We recommend purchasing tracking – so you know it made it back!
Return postage cost will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact email@example.com prior to returning to us. We cannot accept liability until items are received and have been confirmed as faulty.
In order to process your return, we require you to complete the Returns Form. This is avaliable through contacting us via email or phone.
